By accessing or using RotaCover (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

RotaCover is a staff scheduling platform that helps businesses manage shifts, track absences, and coordinate coverage requests. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
- You must provide a valid email address
